To create a new ad set for your campaign, click on the hamburger menu in the top left navigation bar and under "Quick Start" select Create Ad Sets.
Within the modal that pops up, select your desired campaign from the dropdown menu to create new ad sets.
Alternatively, if you are proceeding to this step after creating a new campaign, you can click on Ad Sets in the top left.
Next, click the + Create Ad Set button.
Within the modal that pops up, enter the required information for each ad set you wish to create:
Name: This name will be displayed in ROUX's analytics reporting and should be descriptive of the ads that will be in the creative group.
Platform Placement: This is where you select your platform placement for the group of ads.

DPA/Collection Ad Group: If the ad set is going to contain dynamic product ads, select Yes. Then select the appropriate catalog.
Status: This should always be Active if the intent is for the ad sets to be live within the campaign.
Customize UTM Tracking Parameters: If you wish to change the system default UTMs, you can customize the tracking parameters to your needs.
The final step is to click Create Ad Set. If more than one ad set is required, repeat the above process as needed.
Once your ad set is created, you will see it listed on the Ad Sets section:
If you wish to edit the ad set, such as changing the name or platform placement, simply click on the pencil icon and the modal will pop up:
Once your updates are complete, click Update Ad Set. Your ad set is now ready to have creative added.
