The Business Overview Dashboard is the first thing you will see when logging in to ROUX. This dashboard provides access to centralized analytics from across your tech stack in real time and advanced A.I. cross-platform tracking—providing valuable insight into how each platform actually works together. Every bit of data from Meta, Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, and WooCommerce is available in this one dashboard.

There are three main sections to the dashboard:

The sales channel metrics are displayed at the top of the dashboard and provide a breakdown of Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon sales, the top sellers on each channel, as well as Revenue, Orders, and AOV (Average Order Value) across all sales channels.

Next comes the advertising channel metrics, which provides an overview of Meta ad performance.

That's followed by the email & SMS channel metrics, which provides a performance overview from Klaviyo.

To view the sales data and metrics for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Klaviyo, you must connect these platforms to ROUX. To do so, click Add Connection from the top left corner of the Business Overview Dashboard, or click on the hamburger menu from the top left navigation and under "Quick Start" select Setup Connections.

For detailed instructions on setting up connections in ROUX, visit this guide in our Knowledge Base.

Changing the Date Range for Analytics

By default, the last 30 days of data will display in the graphs and widgets on the Business Overview Dashboard.

For detailed instructions on how to change the date range, visit this guide in our Knowledge Base.

#1. Daily Performance by Sales Channel

The top section of the Business Overview Dashboard breaks down performance by sales channel, consolidating sales data from Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce.

The primary graph is the Daily Performance by Sales Channel, which shows total daily revenue across sales channels with an overlay of total daily advertising spend. This enables brands to see how ad spend levels impact sales across all channels.

There is also a Top Sellers section which displays the top 3 selling products across each connected sales channel.

Finally, there are widgets displaying Revenue, Orders, and Average Order Value for the selected time period, with totals for each connected sales channel.

#2. Daily Performance by Advertising Channel

The advertising performance section features a chart that displays ad performance across Meta, with daily results contrasted against daily ad spend. Since results can often fluctuate greatly when reviewing results on a daily basis, the Running ROAS line is a key inclusion. This steadies the ROAS over a longer period of time, allowing brands to see steadier trends rather than overreacting to normal daily fluctuations.

There are also widgets displaying ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, Ad Spend, and Conversion Value, broken down by attributable advertising channel, for the selected time period.

#3. Email & SMS Daily Performance Overview

The email & SMS performance section provides an analytics overview from Klaviyo, with a chart that features a daily revenue breakdown from flows vs. campaigns.

There are also widgets displaying Email Open Rate, Email Click Rate, SMS Click Rate, Email Deliveries, SMS Deliveries, and Conversion Value, broken down by flows vs. campaigns for the selected time period.
