Connecting Your Marketing Channels to ROUX

Seamlessly connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Klaviyo for advanced multi-channel analytics and goal-based campaign optimization.

Connecting with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo is seamless with ROUX. To set up your integrations, open the main navigation menu and under "Quick Start" select Setup Connections.

To connect your marketing channel to ROUX, simply toggle the icon next to the channel to the "on" or "active" position.

The connections currently available are:

Below are detailed breakdown of how to set up each connection.

Setting up a Shopify Connection

We integrate directly with Shopify to allow brands the ability to see all store metrics on ROUX's main dashboard, which is vital for assessing campaign performance. The integration is also crucial to ROUX's auto-optimization feature, which will allow for goal-based campaign optimization based on data pulled directly from Shopify.

  1. From the Connections page, click to toggle Shopify to the "on" or "active" position.

  2. Instructions to set up a Shopify connection with ROUX pop up when you click on the toggle to activate the connection, and can also be found here.

  3. Once you've completed the instructions and entered your Shopify Domain Name, Shopify API Key, and Shopify Admin API Access Token, click Save.

Setting up a WooCommerce Connection

Similar to Shopify, ROUX also integrates directly with WooCommerce for reporting on all store metrics and goal-based campaign optimization functionality.

  1. From the Connections page, click to toggle WooCommerce to the "on" or "active" position.

  2. Instructions to set up a WooCommerce connection with ROUX pop up when you click on the toggle to activate the connection, and can also be found here.

  3. Once you've completed the instructions and entered your Shop Domain, click Connect.

Setting up an Amazon Seller Central Connection

Amazon connections allow brands who sell their product through Amazon Seller Central to connect their sales data from Amazon to ROUX. This feature is used to display real-time sales analytics, as well as allow for goal-based campaign optimization based on data pulled directly from Amazon.

  1. From the Connections page, click to toggle Amazon Seller Central to the "on" or "active" position.

  2. A modal will pop up stating "Initialize Connection by clicking Connect." Click Connect.

  3. An Amazon authorization window will pop up. If not already logged in, the end user will need to log in to the Seller Central account you would like to connect.

  4. Authorize by accepting the terms and clicking Confirm.

Setting up a Klaviyo Connection

ROUX's integration with Klaviyo allows brands to see high-level email marketing metrics on the main dashboard, as well as more in-depth email & SMS data in the Analytics section.

  1. From the Connections page, click to toggle Klaviyo to the "on" or "active" position.

  2. Instructions to set up a Klaviyo connection with ROUX pop up when you click on the toggle to activate the connection, and can also be found here.

  3. Once you've completed the instructions and entered your Klaviyo API Key, click Save.
