Once you've created a new business, the next step is to set up a new project for that business. In ROUX, each site or store connected to the platform requires its own project. For example, if your brand operates two Shopify stores, then you would need to set up two separate projects.

If you've just finished creating your business, you'll have the option to click Setup Project in the top right corner.

Alternatively, you can click on the hamburger menu in the top left navigation and under "Quick Start" select Create a Project.

Within the modal that pops up (if it doesn't pop up automatically, you can click + New Project in the top right corner), enter the requested information:

  • Project Name: Most often, this can match the Business Name, unless there is a need to create multiple projects for the same business.

  • Business: Select the correct Business from the dropdown menu.

  • Default Facebook Account ID

  • Default Meta Pixel ID

Once this information has been entered, click Add Project. You will be re-directed to the Project Settings page for your new project.

Adding Project Info

In addition to the information entered in the popup modal, you will have the option to provide the following Project Info:

  • Primary Facebook Page

  • Primary Instagram Account

  • Secondary Facebook Page

  • Secondary Instagram Account

Once you've added this additional information, click Update.
