When attempting to publish ads via the Creative Asset Management tool, it's possible that Facebook will send back an error code. When this happens, you'll see the status Approved - Error in the Package Statuses section.

This means that while the ad has been approved for use, Facebook has detected an error that prevents publishing. When this happens, you'll receive an email notification explaining the error with a link to steps that can be taken to fix it.

Once this issue has been addressed, click on the ad in the Package Statuses section. This will take you to the Final Creative Review page, where you can click Reattempt to Publish Package to attempt publishing your ad to Facebook again.

This process can be repeated until the issue is resolved and your ad is published.
