Whether you're utilizing the Creative Asset Management tool's internal review feature, external review feature, or both, the status of each copy, graphic, and video asset is always available in the platform at all times.

The potential status for each asset is as follows:

  • With Editor: When an asset has been entered into a review process but has not yet been submitted for review.

  • Under Review: When an asset is under review in the rough draft stage.

  • Needs Edits: When an asset has been marked as needing edits prior to approval.

  • Ready for Client: When an asset has been approved internally and is ready for external review.

  • With Client: When an asset has been submitted for external review.

  • Do Not Use: When an asset has been disapproved for lifetime.

  • Approved: When an asset has been approved for use.
