Why is my new Business Manager asset not showing up in ROUX?

If you've added a new asset to your Business Manager, such as a pixel or a Facebook page, you'll need to re-sync your BM with ROUX.

Have you added a new ad account, pixel, page, or other asset to your Business Manager but don't see listed as an option in ROUX? You'll need to re-sync your Business Manager under Organization Settings.

From the hamburger menu, go to Account Settings > Manage Organizations and click on your organization.

Next, scroll down to the Facebook Business Manager section and click Re-Sync.

Once the sync is complete your asset will be available in ROUX!
