Once you have signed up for ROUX, you will receive an email inviting you to join your newly created organization on our platform.
Follow these simple steps to get everything set up:
Step 1
Open the account invitation email and click Accept Invite.
Step 2
You'll land on the account registration page where you can enter your name, phone number, email address, and password. Once complete, click Register.
Step 3
Once you register, you'll land on the email verification page. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to you.
Step 4
Once you have successfully confirmed your account, enter your newly created login credentials and click Sign In.
Step 5
When you log in for the first time, you'll need to Approve the Pending Organization Invite.
Step 6
To activate your organization, continue with Facebook to connect your Business Manager.
As part of this process, you will need to select your Business Manager from the dropdown list.
You'll be prompted to confirm you want to connect the selected Business Manager, as this step isn't reversible.
Once this step is complete, you're in! From the organization page, you'll be able to confirm/edit information related to your organization (such as name and business address). You can return to this page at any time under the main navigation menu by going to Account Settings > Manage Organization.
